"The international tasters of the ISW continued to work intensively on a broad and deep variety of different spirits from all over the world during the two-day tasting in 2019. It can be said that the overall quality level of the tasted spirits was consistently positive. Narrow and subtle differences were the decisive factors in the final evaluation, and we congratulate all distillers on their products, which have also thrilled us many times over the competition of the year." Director Degustation Christian Wolf summarizes his conclusion for 2019.
